The Randolph men's tennis team will make its first appearance in the ODAC Tournament since 2017 as the WildCats travel to Virginia Wesleyan. Randolph is the seventh seed and the Marlins are the second seed. The match will be Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.

How They Got Here:Â Â Randolph went 11-8 in the regular season setting a new program mark for wins in a season. The team's four ODAC wins are the most since winning six in 2017. The Marlins went 15-6 overall and 8-1 in conference play.
The Series: The two teams will be meeting for the 17th time overall. The Marlins lead 15-1. Randolph's only win in the series came in 2017 at home.
Last Time: The two teams last played each other on Randolph's home court on April 15. Virginia Wesleyan won 8-1. The WildCats' lone win came at second doubles as Dev Mani and Andreas Mulner defeated Sebastien Muller and Francis Cabaddu 8-5. Jacob Martin and Ondra Pelda were edged out by Ole Bermann and Tudor Vlad 8-7 at first doubles.
In the ODAC Tournament: Randolph is making its fifth ODAC Tournament appearance overall. They are 0-4 and have yet to win a singles or doubles match. The two schools have met once in the Tournament back in 2015 which the Marlins won 5-0. Virginia Wesleyan has qualified for the Tournament every year since 2010 outside of 2020 when the season was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Marlins have advanced to the ODAC Championship five times (2014, 2015, 2016, 2021, 2022).
The WildCats: Four WildCats have 10 or more singles wins on the season which marks the first time that has happened in program history. Andreas Mulner is 14-4 playing at second singles, Jacob Martin 13-6 playing at first singles, Ondra Pelda 12-5 at third singles, and Dev Mani 10-5 going 1-0 at third singles, 2-1 at fourth singles, and 7-4 at third singles. Both Mani and Mulner have won their last three singles matches. Martin and Pelda are 13-5 as a pair playing at first doubles while Mani and Mulner are 11-5 at second doubles.
The Marlins: Behrmann's 14-3 record leads all Marlins. He has played at three different positions, going 3-1 at first singles, 4-0 at second singles, and 7-2 at third singles. Vlad is 9-6 overall going 3-1 at third singles, 3-2 at fourth singles, and 1-1 at sixth singles. Behrman and Felix Bevc have been the most successful doubles teams as they have fashioned a 7-5 record at first doubles. Behrman and Vlad have gone 4-1 together at first doubles.
