LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph men's lacrosse team hosted #10 Washington and Lee on Friday evening in the WildCats regular season hone finale. The Generals defeated the WildCats 31-5.
Chase Callan (Fredericksburg, Va./Massaponax) scored three times for Randolph for his 26th, 27th, and 28th goals, respectively of the season. Michael Baldwin (Culpepper, Va./Liberty HS) scored once, his team-leading 31st of the year. Tom Stahler (Johannesburg, South Africa/Middle Township) scored his third goal of the season with 9:11 remaining in the fourth quarter.
Stahler also picked up three groundballs and was 3-of-10 on faceoffs. Kalon Ross (Landover, Md./Central HS) also had three groundballs along with Carlos Lopez (Falls Church, Va.) Leyton Brightly (Spotsylvania, Va./James Monroe) assisted on two goals with Cooper Callan (Fredericksburg, Va./Massaponax) and Ethan Caldwell (Santa Fe, N.M./Santa Fe Prep School) assisting on one each.
Adam Ulffers (Greenville, N.C./J.H. Rose HS) had 16 saves in the cage and four groundball pickups.
Randolph concludes its season next Saturday at Randolph-Macon. Game time is at 1:00 p.m.
