Men’s Swimming Competes at Bridgewater

BRIDGEWATER, Va.- The Randolph men's swimming team faced Bridgewater in an ODAC dual meet on Saturday afternoon. The Eagles won over the WildCats 109-40.

Sam Hey had a pair of second-place results in his respective events. He was the runner-up in the 100 meter IM (1:07.57) and the 200 meter breast (2:36.91).

Dan Allee (Alexandria, Va./Jacksonville Lighthouse Charter School) also had two second-place finishes. He was second in the 800 meter free with a final time of 10:47.42 and second in the 200 meter butterfly in 2:55.50.

Killian Lewis was second in the 50 meter free with a final time of 27.55. He came in fourth in the 100 free in 1:03.10.

Josh Roberts (Chesapeake, Va.) was second in the 200 meter free with a time of 2:10.08. He was third in the 200 meter backstroke as he touched the wall in a time of 2:31.07.

The team of Allee, Roberts, Hey, and Lewis swam a time of 1:53.05 in the 200 meter freestyle relay.

The WildCats return to action on December 3 when they complete in the Yellow Jacket Invitational at Randolph-Macon.
