LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph men's team hosted Averett in a non-conference match on Saturday afternoon. The Cougars won by the score of 9-0.

John Coffron (Front Royal, Va./Warren County) and Nicolas Alvoaro teamed up in second doubles and picked up two points while falling 8-2 to the duo of Thomas Woodcock and Evgeniy Bogdasaryn.

Alvorado went up against Jorge Figuera at first singles. He lost 6-2, 6-3. Karson Healy (Chesapeake, Va./Western Branch) scored a point facing Woodcock at third singles. Jose Merhej (Fairfax, Va./Oakton) tallied a point in his match with Simon Levinsson  at fourth singles.

The WildCats travel to Washington and Lee on Wednesday to face the Generals in Old Dominion Athletic Conference play. The start of the match is 3:00 p.m.
