ROANOKE, Va.- The Randolph women's swimming team completed its regular season on Saturday with a quad meet at Hollins College. The WildCats were edged out by Virginia Wesleyan 69-68 and lost to Hollins 110-38 and Guilford 64-55.
There was one overall victory on the day for the 'Cats from the 200 medley relay. The team of Jessica Williams (Sacramento, Calif./John F Kennedy, Libby Exline (Sykesville, Md./La Plata), Brice Creel (Lake Placid, Fla./Lake Placid), and Sarah Perry (Rocky Mount, Va./Franklin County) placed first in a time of 2:12.50.
Creel was second in the 100 fly with a time of 1:05.69. Williams and Exline both had third place results in their respective events. Williams had a time of 1:20.25 in the 100 back and Exline 1:23.22 in the 100 breast. Perry was fourth in the 100 free in 1:06.31.
Next for Randolph is the ODAC Championships beginning February 14.
