LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph women's swimming team hosted Hollins in a dual meet at the RAD Pool on Friday night. Hollins won by the score of 97-71.
Grace Driver (Andrews, Texas/Andrews) won the 1000 free in 12:40.55. That time beat her personal best by 13 seconds.
Golden Dennison (Creston, N.C.) had two personal bests on the evening. She had a sub three minute time in the 200 free (2:54.92) and had a time of 1:19.95 in the 100 free. Breauna Rhoades had a personal best in the 200 free (3:00.98).
Leah Dorman (Lynchburg, Va.) beat her prior personal best by .35 seconds (32.48) in the 50 free. Brice Creel (Lake Placid, Fla./Lake Placid) turned in a personal best of 1:04.58 in the 100 fly.
The 400 medley team of Jessica Williams (Sacramento, Calif./John F. Kennedy), Libby Exline (Sykesville, Md./La Plata), Creel, and Sarah Perry (Rocky Mount, Va./Franklin County) had a top time of 4:50.18.
The WildCats are back in action tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 p.m. as they travel to Washington and Lee. Randolph will compete against the Generals and the Virginia Military Institute.
