LYNCHBURG, VA – Following a 24.5 point per game week including a WildCat record 30 points in a win over Bridgewater College Wednesday, junior guard Colton Hunt (Whittier, NC/Smoky Mountain) has earned his third career Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Player of the Week honor as announced Monday afternoon by the league office.

Hunt posted 6.5 rebounds, four steals and four assists per game to go with his point total. Hunt was 10-of-14 in the win over Bridgewater, and followed that up with 19 points against Washington & Lee University Saturday. He hit a program-best 13 free throws in the win, making all 13 attempts from the line.

He is currently second in the conference in scoring, posting 17.8 points per game, and his free throw percentage of 96.3 is tops in the league. In league only contests, he ranks in the top 10 in eight different categories.
