Friess had a strong six-game stretch for the WildCats last week. In those six games, she was 9-of-20 (.310) at the plate with four runs scored, four runs batted in, four doubles, and one home run. In the second game against Roanoke, Friess was 3-for-4 in the game with two runs scored, a double, home run, and four runs batted in. She was 3-for-3 in the second game against Ferrum last Sunday with a double.
