Thompson had an solid day at the WildCat Track Festival on Saturday. His time of 4:11.42 in the 1,500 meters set a new Randolph record. Thompson's time of 2:00.97 in the 800 meters was less than a second and a half from another program record. He also had the fastest time in the 4x100 relay (52.09).
