Spuchesi had a standout meet over the weekend at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, breaking the 500 free school record twice; first with a 5:29.92 in prelims and again with a 5:28.46 in finals. She also placed 16th in the 400 IM with a time of 5:01.43 and was part of the record-setting 800 free relay, which posted an 8:36.24 for a ninth-place finish.
