Edwards had a stellar weekend at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational hosted by the University of Lynchburg. He broke the school record in the 200-meter in 21.64 to place fifth overall at the meet. Edwards came close to breaking the school record in the 100-meter running a 10.78 for a personal-best, just .06 off the record. He sits sixth in the ODAC in the 100-meter and fourth in the 200-meter. He is also currently ranked 28th in DIII in the 200-meter.
