She opened the tournament with back-to-back dominant victories, pinning Angelica Torres Lima (Stevens Point) in 1:51 and Katalyn Dowell (Manchester University) with a fall in just 45 seconds. She faced Eden Hernandez (North Central) in the quarterfinals, falling in 2:56 to move into the consolation bracket. She rebounded with another pair of wins by fall, taking down Chloe Colton (Alma) in 5:00 minutes and then Nadia Thomas (North Central) in just 48 seconds to advance to the consolation semifinals. Facing Jasmine Luedtke (Wartburg), Brigman battled but was pinned in 2:05. In the fifth-place match, she fell by tech fall (12-2) to Jaia Ashley (Schreiner), for a sixth-place finish in a competitive bracket.
