At the Burg Open last Friday, Taylor captured first place in the 400-meter dash with a winning time of 1:00.97 to top her personal best, break a school record, and claim the meet record. She also placed seventh in the 60-meter dash finals with a time of 8.20 and finished sixth in the 200-meter dash at 26.59 for a personal best and a new school record.
