Last Friday at the Burg Open, West placed third in the 400 meters with a time of 50.29 which set a new WildCat record. He ran the 60 meter dash in 7.06. West was also a member of the 4x400 relay team that came in second place overall with a time of 3:28.91 which also set a new program record
