Indoor: Set a program record in the weight throw tossing a distance of 15.14m at the Finn Pincus Invite...in the shot put, threw a personal best of 11.18m at the Indoor ODAC Championships for sixth place
Outdoor: Alling set a school record in the hammer throw with a mark of 45.39m at the VertKlasse Meet...finished second in the discus with a 41.14m school record throw at the Outdoor ODAC Championships...posted an outdoor season-best 11.14m in the shot put...received the team's MVP award
2023-24:
Indoor: Started her first collegiate track meet off right with a few personal bests in the Weight Throw and Shot Put ... in the Weight Throw, Alling tossed a distance of 14.26m and 10.99m in Shot Put ... Alling also has the school record in the Weight Throw.
Outdoor: Set a new program record in Hammer Throw at WildCat Invitational of 40.10 meters ... also had season-best 11.02 meters in Shot Put ... had a season-best toss of 36.34 meters in Discus at ODAC Championships
