2018-2019: (Indoor) - Posted her best 200 meter time of 29.01 seconds at the Roanoke College At the Last Minute Invite...posted a season-bet 60 meter time of 8.74 seconds at the ODAC Championships...ran a leg of the school record setting 4x400 meter relay team, which posted a time of 4:47.18 at the conference meet. (Outdoor) - Had her best 100 meter time of 13.44 seconds and 200 meter time of 28.06 seconds at the WildCat Invitational...posted her best javelin mark of 18.85m at the same meet...ran a leg on the schoo record setting 4x100 meter relay team, which posted a time of 52.66 seconds at the ODAC Championships. 

2017-2018: (Indoor) - Had her fastest 200 time at Bast-Cregger Invitational (30.94) and 60 time (8.82). (Outdoor) - Came in 12th in the 200 at WildCat Invitational in season-best 28.82 ... finished ninth in 100 meters in a time of 14.04 ... competed in javelin once and one relay.

2016-2017: (Indoor) – Competed in all of the sprints in her first indoor season…continuously improved on her times throughout the year…posted a best in the 60-meter dash at the ODAC Championships…ran 8.60 and just missed earning points…set a best in the 200-meter dash at the UCS Invitational with a time of 28.99…ran 29.00 at ODACs…ran in the 400-meter race at the Liberty Kickoff. (Outdoor) – Competed in similar events in the outdoor season…participated in the 100- and 200-meter races at all of the outdoor meets…improved throughout…set a season-best in the 100 at the ODAC Championships with a time of 13.47…just missed out on finals…registered PR in 200 of 27.80 at WildCat Invitational…also through the javelin at two meets.

Previous: Competed as a member of the Institute of Notre Dame track and field team for four years…served as a captain for the Penguins and Coach Smith for three years…holds the IND 400-meter record…won the IAAM B Conference title in the 400 meter for three years…named the Unsung Hero for the T&F team.

Personal: Daughter of Melvin and Susan Penn…is the youngest of four: Melvin, Mellissia, and Latunda Ward…won the Music Award and the Grace, Beauty, Speed Leadership Award…played volleyball for three seasons…named Most Improved in volleyball.
