LYNCHBURG, Va.- On Tuesday, the Randolph women's soccer team released its 2018 schedule. The WildCats will split their 16 games with eight at home and eight on the road.
The season begins on September 1 when the 'Cats host Agnes Scott. It will be the first meeting between the two schools since 2000. Up next is Piedmont International (formerly John Wesley) on September 5.
After alternating home and away contests, cross-city rival and defending Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) champion Lynchburg comes to the Randolph campus in the conference opener on September 22. Virginia Wesleyan follows on September 26. Randolph then hits the road for the next four games with three of the four coming in ODAC play.
Three of the team's last five games will be played within the friendly confines of WildCat Stadium. After back-to-back road games against Emory and Henry (10/21) and Eastern Mennonite (10/24), Randolph wraps up the regular season against Hollins on October 27.
