    BUENA VISTA, VA.- For the second game in a row, the Randolph women’s lacrosse team rallied from an early deficit in the second half. The WildCats closed to within six goals against Southern Virginia on Monday evening but the Knights would ultimately take the victory 23-12.

    GREENSBORO, N.C. – On Saturday, the Randolph women’s lacrosse team traveled to Greensboro to play Guilford. The WildCats rallied in the second half but fell just short in the end as the Quakers won by the score of 17-6.

    LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph women’s lacrosse team hosted Virginia Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon. Prior to the game, the WildCats recognized their senior class. Three seniors had a hand in five of the WildCats’ six goals as the Marlins won by the score of 27-6.

    SALEM, Va.- Despite rallying from an early deficit, the Randolph women’s lacrosse team lost a close decision to host Hollins 10-9 on Friday afternoon. The loss drops the WildCats to 2-5 while Hollins gets its first win of the season to move to 1-6.

    LYNCHBURG, Va.- The conditions were less than ideal as the Randolph women’s lacrosse team opened its 2019 season on a cold and rainy Saturday afternoon. The WildCats played a tough and physical game with Brevard with the Tornadoes scoring twice late in the second half for a 6-4 win.

    LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph women’s lacrosse team will have a new direction in 2019 as head coach Scott Bladen takes over the reins. Bladen is not a stranger to Randolph lacrosse as he was an assistant with the men’s program for the last four years. The switch from the men’s to the women’s game has been a process but one that has been made easier by his team.
