ANNANDALE, Va.- On Thursday afternoon, the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) announced the 2018 College Division All-State softball team. Randolph designated player Lauren Morris (Troy, N.C./West Montgomery) was selected to the Second Team.
Morris is the first WildCat player to earn VaSID honors since Hunter Glavé was named to the Second Team in 2015. She joins Hannah Cook in 2014 as the only designated players from Randolph to be named.

She batted in 12 runs while smacking two home runs and one double. In conference play, Morris batted .351 to rank 12th and her .551 slugging percentage was 10th.
