SYRACUSE, N.Y.- The 2019 Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) is taking place at the New York State Fairgrounds Expo Center. Randolph equestrian had two riders compete and their portion of competition has completed.

Sophomore Molly McLaughlin (Owings, Md./Northern) rode in Novice Equitation over Fences on Thursday. She placed sixth to earn a green ribbon. Junior Kirby Tidmore (Nashville, Tenn.) competed in the Cacchione Cup, which is for the top 24 point riders in the country. Tidmore was 11th following the Fences portion and returned in the Flat to move up to sixth and secure a green ribbon.

This was the third straight year that Randolph had a rider at the Championships. The WildCats have had one National Champion in program history. Reynolds Martin was the Novice Flat Champion in 2014.
